A friend down the street suggested I call him when my front-loader washer began leaking all over the laundry room floor. Dealing with home appliance repair can usually be such a headache, but he made the whole process very straightforward. He showed up on time, identified a cracked door seal, and fixed it right then and there. It is a huge relief to finally find a technician who is both skilled and punctual.
I have had bad luck with every large appliance repair company in the past, so I decided to try someone local this time. My stove burners were acting up and would not ignite properly. He came out, took the time to clean the sensors, and checked the connections without rushing the job. He is clearly an expert at what he does. The stove works perfectly now, and the whole experience felt much more personal.
This is the second time I have called him, this time for a dryer that was making a horrific screeching sound. I always prefer supporting a local appliance repair business rather than a giant franchise. He took the whole machine apart, found a worn-out drum roller, and replaced it quickly. He is always very honest about what needs to be fixed right away. My laundry routine is finally back to being quiet and efficient.
When my chest freezer stopped freezing, I was worried I would be hit with a massive bill. I looked for affordable appliance repair and I am so glad I found him. He was incredibly honest about the cost and did not try to push a bunch of parts I did not actually need. It turned out to be a simple thermostat issue. He fixed it for a very reasonable price, and my ice cream is finally solid again.
My fridge started getting warm on a Friday night, and I was terrified of losing a few hundred dollars worth of groceries. I found his appliance repair service online and he responded to my message within the hour. He was very professional and explained that the evaporator fan had simply died. He swapped it out quickly and the temperature started dropping immediately. I really liked that I dealt with him directly instead of a middleman.
Sam was so efficient and helpful. Made it look easy with all his experience!
Our freezer got frozen shut on account of the Ice Cube maker breaking down once we were able to defrost the entire thing we had then come take a look and find the problem. We didn't hear from them for a couple days as we head to wait for a part to come in but as soon as it was ready he called and let us know he could come over and within 50 minutes he was here and our freezer was fixed!
The only con I can think of is that he wasn't much help with the freezer leaking water all over our floors as it defrosted but I don't really know what he could of done either way. Would still recommend.
We've had Sam to our house several times now to repair our appliances. We trust his service and expertise. This time our older Maytag fridge we use in our basement stopped cooling properly. Sam arrived same-day to check in out, and a few days later with replacement part. Fridge is cold again and back to life.
Sam has also repaired an element on our LG stove (about 6 months ago) which is working great. Would recommend for any appliance repair. Thanks Sam!
And the behalf of my Family and myself i want to thank A1 Active Appliance inc for the prompt and wonderful job they do to get my Dryer up and running in no time. I
Would not hesitate to recommend them to any and ho needs there service
The freezer was frosting over so badly that the drawer started scraping every time I opened it. The appliance repair service professional I hired removed the back panel, checked the defrost heater with a meter, and found the failed part without making a mess. Everything was finished in under an hour. By the next morning, the frost ridge was gone and the fridge sounded normal again.
